Description: Lubbock Heart Hospital, a private for-profit general hospital, is seeking a proven financial leader for the position of CFO. LHH, located in west Texas, is a $70 million cardiovascular facility designated as the region’s best in overall cardiac care, top 10% in the nation by HealthGrades.

The incumbent will direct the organizations financial management, reporting and planning, and provide financial leadership and guidance to senior management and the governing body. The position oversees Revenue Cycle Management, IT, Materials Management, and Plant Management. The hospital seeks a strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem solving, leadership and communication skills.
